What is Skype?
Skype is a free software application that allows users to make phone calls over the internet.
You can use it to make the following types of calls:

Calls to other skype users - these calls are free |

| Skype Out |
Calls to ordinary landline telephones and mobiles. At the time of writing, these calls cost 1.7 Euro pence per minute (approx. 1.2 UK pence). You can check the current rates and countries they apply for on the Skype website. |

| Skype In |
You can buy telephone numbers in various countries and cities and have the calls to those numbers redirected to your skype phone. |

| Call Forwarding |
With call forwarding, you can redirect incoming Skype calls to another Skype Name, mobile or landline number. Calls forwarded to landlines or mobiles are charged at 'Skype Out' rates. |
